These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how you may use Electron Services (VAT: BE1027988776), including our FiveM scripts, anti-cheat systems, APIs, dashboards, and related services (“Services”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
By using Electron Services, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. These documents together explain your rights and responsibilities.
You must be legally allowed to purchase and use our Services in your country.
You are responsible for following all applicable local, national, and EU laws.
You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
You must pay all listed fees before accessing the Services.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Taxes, currency conversion, and regional pricing may apply and will be shown before checkout.
Payments comply with applicable payment regulations, including PSD2 where required.
Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of all licenses and services.
All scripts, systems, anti-cheat logic, APIs, branding, documentation, infrastructure, and content provided by Electron Services belong exclusively to us.
You may not copy, share, leak, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our Services without written permission.
You may not violate our intellectual property rights in any way.
We reserve the right to take legal, technical, or administrative action against intellectual property violations, including license bans and access termination.
When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license.
Licenses are tied to the original purchasing account.
Only the original purchaser may use the license unless explicitly authorized by Electron Services.
Sharing, selling, leasing, or transferring access is not allowed.
Attempting to resell an anti-cheat license may result in immediate permanent revocation.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, recreate, clone, or attempt to extract source code or protected logic from the Services.
We may suspend or revoke licenses at our sole discretion.
Refunds are not available for revoked, suspended, or terminated licenses.
Electron anti-cheat licenses may only be used on FiveM servers that belong to CFX accounts you own.
You may not install, license, or operate the anti-cheat on a server owned by someone else’s CFX account.
The CFX account or server the license is bound to is set when the license is activated.
Changing that binding later may not be possible.
If a change is possible, Electron Services may charge a fee before making it.
Using the anti-cheat outside your own CFX accounts may result in license suspension or revocation without refund.
You may not:
Breaking these rules may result in license removal, permanent bans, legal action, or termination without refund.
If you use Electron anti-cheat services on your FiveM server:
You are responsible for informing your players that an anti-cheat system is in use when required by law, platform rules, or local regulations.
This may include informing users about:
Electron Services is not responsible for how server owners communicate this information to their users.
We may update, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, or permanent support for any game version, framework, dependency, or platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Electron Services is not responsible for:
Use of our Services is entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Electron Services’ total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the relevant Service.
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
If your use of the Services causes legal issues, claims, damages, losses, or expenses, you agree that Electron Services is not responsible for those consequences.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Electron Services, its owners, staff, affiliates, and partners from claims arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your misuse of the Services
Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
We may suspend or terminate access without refund if you:
Termination does not prevent us from taking further legal or technical action if needed.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Important changes will be communicated where legally required.
Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law and applicable EU regulations.
Any disputes relating to the Services or these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.
If one part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Electron Services regarding the Services and replace any previous agreements or understandings.
