General usage guidelines and policies

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how you may use Electron Services (VAT: BE1027988776), including our FiveM scripts and anti-cheat services (“Services”). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Electron Services, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. These documents together explain your rights and responsibilities.

2. Eligibility and Legal Use

• You must be legally allowed to purchase and use our Services in your country.

• You are responsible for following all applicable local and EU laws.

3. Payments and Pricing

• You must pay all listed fees before accessing the Services.

• Prices may change at any time.

• Taxes, currency conversion, and regional pricing may apply and will be shown before checkout.

• Payments comply with PSD2 requirements.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• All scripts, systems, and content provided by Electron Services belong to us.

• You may not copy, share, resell, or modify our Services without written permission.

5. License Terms

• When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license.

• Licenses are tied to the original purchasing account.

• Sharing, selling, or transferring access is not allowed.

• We may revoke your license without refund if you break these Terms.

6. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the Services for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to bypass security or anti-cheat protections.
• Interfere with our systems or servers.
• Share accounts, resell access, or abuse pricing through VPNs, proxies, or similar tools.

Breaking these rules may result in license removal, permanent bans, or termination without refund.

7.Disclosure Requirement

If you use Electron anti-cheat services on your FiveM server:

• You are responsible for informing your players that an anti-cheat system is in use, when required by law or platform rules.

• This includes informing users about:

  • The presence of anti-cheat software
  • Data collection related to cheat detection (player identifiers) (if applicable)

• Electron Services is not responsible for how server owners communicate this information to their users.

8. Limitation of Liability

Electron Services is not responsible for:

• Lost profits

• Server downtime

• Indirect or unexpected damages Use of our Services is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

If your use of the Services causes legal issues, claims, or damages, you agree that Electron Services is not responsible for those consequences.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access without refund if you:

• Break these Terms
• Abuse or misuse the Services
• Engage in fraud or harmful behavior
• Attempt to damage our systems or community

Termination does not prevent us from taking further action if needed.

11. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.

• Important changes will be communicated in line with EU consumer rules.

12. Governing Law

These Terms follow Belgian law and applicable EU regulations.

13. Severability

If one part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Electron Services.
